My mom is incredible. Each one of our kids has three... yes, three... quilts from her. She makes them a tiny one when they are firstborn, then a crib size, and then a twin size. For the twin size she picks a fun pair of bed sheets and quilts the top sheet with coordinating fabric, and then they use the fitted sheet like normal on their beds. Jayne was SO thrilled when her Rupunzel quilt came in the mail last week!

Today I get a letter from our school counselor saying that my daughter has the opportunity to be in a support group for children with divorced parents. The school counselor was your cousin (or is it another relation?) Marci. I called her up and it was fun to talk to her--I hadn't seen her since we both lived in Spanish Fork. It was a fun connection to make. We got to talk about our step families.
