The Young Women hosted a Mother/Son April Fools Date for part of their camp fundraising this year. It was so fun to go and have fun with my boys. They had so many fun things to do... we all had so much fun.
I didn't see Lincoln much because he was having too much fun playing with all of his friends... he's at the age where it isn't fun to hang out with your mom... especially in front of your friends.
I did have fun with this little guy! We played with
legos, had a
nerf gun fight, played
quidditch, a few board games and ate ice cream together! He was a very fun date.
Here's my Lego creation that I made with Lincoln. He wasn't too embarrassed to be seen with me as long as there were
Legos involved. I should clarify that I made this all by myself... Lincoln built his own thing. He went off with his friends before I could get a picture.
Yummy.... ice cream and brownies! My personal favorite.
Someday my dream of working with the Young Women again is bound to come true. I just know it!
