poor little guy.

My sweet Peter has had a rough few months.  He has wheezed for literally half of his life.  That finally cleared up and then he got this ear infection that just won't go away.  On top of that, he's learned to crawl and always has big bruises all over his noggin.  There is this one spot that will clear up, and then he'll take another tumble and the cycle starts all over again.  These pictures are my attempt to capture his poor little bruised up head.  You can see the big one, over his right eye.

He gets lots of kisses from mommy... he doesn't mind.

I decided to go take pictures with all of the kids around the house.  Graham was busy doing homework... he likes to make silly faces.

Jayne was resting on the couch... she wasn't feeling well that day.

 Lincoln was playing on the computer (he gets 1/2 hour after he does his homework each day).  He paused for a picture with me.  I look awesome, don't I?

 Grace was upstairs playing with Brooklynn... she came down for a second.  She told me I was hugging her too tight so her chin popped out.  ;)

My favorite picture with my little man.  He's such a trooper.  His eardrum eventually ruptured and he smiled right through the pain so I had no idea.  He's now on medication in hopes that it will heal up quickly.

I have been feeling so blessed lately.  Blessed to have such adorable, loving, happy children.  Blessed to have an incredible spouse that works so hard for our family.  Blessed that Heavenly Father has opened doors for us that I never dreamed were possible.  Blessed to have friends that buoy me up when I'm homesick for my extended family.  I am one lucky girl!
