The reason we made the trip was to attend my little brother, Nathan's first endowment session. I felt the spirit so strong when I rounded the corner and the temple came into view.
The mountains surrounding the temple and the new landscaping make it quite breathtaking! I admit that when they announced a second temple in Provo I was really upset. We drive 2 1/2 hours to the temple and I
really want one closer to home in Ohio. After remembering how busy Provo was the day we went, and how far other people have to travel to get to the temple, I repented quickly.

Nate and his birthmother. She has been a part of all of our lives since he turned 18. She is an incredible woman. It has been so fun to get to know her. We've taken her in as an adopted aunt.

This is why I love this boy... he brings out my crazy side. He's going to be such an incredible missionary! Watch out Kingston, Jamaica!
