our jet plane.

Our flights home were a little more eventful than the way there.  The kids were tired and so was I.  Jayne was extra silly and wiggly which made for a fun few hours.  We had a 2 1/2 hour flight to Memphis, an hour layover (just enough to run through the airport again, grab some popeye's chicken and biscuits, and jump on the plane), and a 2 1/2 hour flight to Cleveland.  Peter was extra sad because his ears were really hurting... but he was a good sport and didn't cry too much.  We were able to fly on a tiny airplane where you actually climb the steps to get on.  Jayne thought that was the coolest thing ever.  I admit... I did too.
I had such a fun time on this trip.  I feel like I got to spend so much quality time with everyone because I only had two kids to worry about instead of all five (and a husband).  It made me realize how important relationships really are.  I made a new goal to spend more time e-mailing and calling my family members from now on.  Just because we live states away from each other doesn't mean we can't still be involved in each others lives.  I am so blessed to have two families that love me dearly.  Can't wait to see them again... someday!
