sister bringhurst.

We have been so spoiled rotten with Sister Missionaries here in Ohio.  Since we're only 1/2 and hour from the sites, we get extra love during the summer/fall when they need more sisters for the sites.  They spend half their time in Kirtland and half their time serving in our ward.  Our ward is split into three areas for our three sets of missionaries.  They can only eat in their areas which means that we get to know the sisters really well.  We try to feed them once a week.  We love having them in our home!

We love all of the missionaries that enter our home, but every once in awhile we get one that just clicks with us and becomes someone that we know we will love forever.  Sister Bringhurst is one of those.  She is one of the most fun, energetic, spiritual, amazing woman that I have ever met.  She radiates the spirit and just glows with enthusiasm for the Gospel. 

I cried off and on the day that we were scheduled to feed her her 'last supper' of her mission.  I didn't want her to leave at all!  She has really made a lasting impression on me.  I just love her to pieces.  When we hugged good-bye I told her how much I enjoy her company.  She quickly reminded me that now we get to grow even closer because we can be facebook buddies when she gets home! 

We love you Sister Bringhurst!  You will always have a place in the Wilde home!
