We were able to go down to the temple last Saturday. We decided to do initiatories instead of a session because it has been years since we've done them. It was so nice to be reminded of all of the things I am promised if I keep my covenants. It was such a spiritual experience for me. I can't wait to go back and do them again very soon.
Since we wouldn't even get to see our hubbies inside, we decided it would be fun for the girls to go and then the boys. I had so much fun with my bestie! While the boys were inside, we took some pictures of our kids outside.

We timed it just right... the boys came out right as we were rounding the temple after taking pictures behind it!
Afterward they took us to a delicious ice cream shop. I think it might be a new tradition to go there every time we come down to the temple! It was tasty!
