lasagna rolls.

I went to the Olive Garden with some girlfriends recently and I was intrigued by a picture on the menu. It was of these new lasagna rolls. They looked divine! I never sway from my usual dish at the O.G. (fettuccine alfredo) but I was tempted. In the end I decided to try and make them at home. They were a big hit! I decided to make a tutorial about halfway through... so there aren't pictures for every step of the process... but you'll get the idea. I made 18 rolls. I always make two pans of lasagna. One to keep, one to freeze. Or one to keep, one to give away.
Lasagna Rolls
Ingredients:

1 box lasagna noodles, cook according to package directions
1 pound ground turkey, cooked through (you can add a diced onion for more flavor)
2 jars marina sauce (not pictured)
24 oz ricotta cheese
3-4 cups Mozzarella cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese
2 T Minced garlic
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Mix together cooked ground turkey (or beef), ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, 1 cup of the mozzarella, the garlic and the salt and pepper until all combined. Spread a layer of this on to a cooked lasagna noodle.
Roll the noodle up.
Add a thin layer of marinara to the bottom of a baking dish. Place rolled up lasagna noodles seam side down into the dish. Repeat the process until the dish is filled.Top with remaining sauce and mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until it is cooked through and the cheese is all melty and gooey on top. (about 30 minutes) Enjoy!
