ice-y cola thick shake.
We had a crazy ice storm last week. It caused a snow day, which was fun for about an hour. It rained, then it snowed, then it was just ice coming down. Then it got really cold, so it stayed around forever. This picture was taken about a week after the storm. Two inches of ice caked onto our driveway. I personally fell three times on it... I think everyone except for Lincoln and Jeremy fell at least once. Our poor date night friends all fell . It was sad. sad. sad. (as Jaynie would say). Along with the ice, we got lots of snow. I'm so ready to see the grass again....

That's exactly the kind of ice and storm that kept us iced in for almost a week. Ours was that thick too. The south just isn't equipped to take care of it.
I'm ready to see grass again too! I am tired of the snow! Our driveway also has ice all over. I went out with a pick ax and tried hacking it to pieces. It helped a little, and almost caused me to go into preterm labor... j/k, almost!
